About you: You’re the kind of person who lights up around children. You’re calm, nurturing, and know how to create a space where little ones feel safe, supported and excited to learn. You understand that every child is different. The best care comes from tuning into their needs. You’re either qualified at Level 3 or working towards it, and you’re looking for a role where you can really make a difference. You’re drawn to Montessori-style values. Giving children freedom within structure, encouraging independence, and showing them respect at every stage.
Your experience: You’ve spent time in a nursery setting, and you know what good care looks like. Warm, consistent, responsive. You’re confident with the EYFS, happy getting involved in planning and routines, and understand the importance of observation and reflection. You’re the kind of person who notices when a child needs five minutes of quiet or an extra scoop of encouragement.

You’ll be part of the core team shaping how it runs, how it feels, and how children experience their time with us. From setting up calm, beautiful learning spaces to supporting snack time conversations and encouraging independent play, you’ll help create a safe and inspiring environment every day. You’ll be trusted to bring ideas, take initiative and do what’s right for each child in your care.
