We are seeking an Industrial Chemist to join a high-performing production team. This role is ideal for a hands-on chemist who enjoys translating laboratory science into safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support day-to-day chemical manufacturing processes
- Optimise formulations, processes, and yields to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Support scale-up from lab or pilot to full production
- Analyse process data and prepare technical reports and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, QA/QC, and R&D teams

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing chemistry environment
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, raw materials, and production equipment
