M-Tec Engineering Solutions are seeking an NPI Quality Engineer to strengthen the Quality department in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role focuses on leading from RFQ and design through to handover and stable production, with accountability for PPAP readiness, and robust process and tooling design to meet customer requirements.
You will work closely with the design and production teams to drive error-proofing, design-for-manufacture, and the APQP lifecycle, including FMEA.
