A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join a global automotive supplier. The Programme Manager will be joining a forward thinking, dynamic organisation who have recently been awarded some new business. The Programme Manager will be responsible for project activities from initial kick-off through to closure and must ensure it is delivered to the right quality and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Initial feasibility studies and definition of project timings and scope.
  • Management of all internal and customer APQP documentation (FMEA's, Control Plans, Design & Production Validation, Customer pre-production reviews, Customer trials & final project approval and closure) and organising core team meetings to review project status.
  • Defining Process Flows, detailed FMEA reviews and co-ordination of product Control Plans.
  • Management of pre-production builds and run at rates.
  • Liaising with suppliers to develop and validate all child parts.
  • Collation and submission of all PPAP documentation to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, candidates will be HND or degree qualified and have a proven track record within an automotive environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of project management from conception through to production.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supplier interface and liaison strengths along with demonstration of Successful Product Launch from cradle to grave.
  • Communication and leadership skills are essential within this role.
