As Manufacturing Engineer, you will ensure all manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail through the relevant departments and provide support throughout the organisation. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for: *Create FMEA’s, Process Flows, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Gauge Instructions, , Packing Instructions, and other process documents. *NPI projects from initially process design and layout stage, through to full launch. *Dealing with new and existing suppliers to introduce new machines, tools and equipment. *Responsible for buy-off process for new machines and tools. *Introduce Poka Yoke systems to meet customer expectations. *Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on current production. The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in engineering or HNC/HND with relevant Lean / CI project experience You should also have excellent communication skills as this role will be the direct interface between manufacturing and the client.
