A globally recognised manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Production department with the appointment of a Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading a team of production staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Production Supervisor will: * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff. * Ensure production schedules and targets are met efficiently. * Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards. * Train, coach, and support production team members. * Promote and enforce health and safety regulations. * Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. * Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs. * Maintain accurate production records and reports. * Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes. * Encourage teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
