An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supplier Quality Engineer to work for an internationally established automotive manufacturer. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the relationship and communication between Suppliers is developed and maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting suppliers with APQP to facilitate the introduction of new parts/processes.
- Ensure PPAP submissions are completed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Management of supplier related quality activities from concept through to SOP.
- Manage suppliers on a day to day basis to ensure quality standards are right.
- Carrying out supplier audits in order to ensure quality is maintained.
Ideally, Supplier Quality Engineering professionals will be HND/Degree qualified and have previous experience in a Supplier Quality or NPI Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.
