M-Tec Engineering Solutions is recruiting multiple experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a busy, high-volume manufacturing facility in Droitwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established engineering team, working with injection moulding machinery, robotics and automated production equipment.

What will you be doing? xgikmsk
Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly across a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery
- Maintaining injection moulding machines, robotics and automated assembly equipment
- Diagnosing hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults
- PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
What are we looking for?
We're keen to speak with Maintenance Engineers who have:
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong electrical fault-finding experience within manufacturing
- Experience maintaining automated production equipment
- Good working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics
- The ability to read electrical drawings and diagnose faults effectively
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and problem-solving
