M‑Tec Engineering is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee up to 25 operators and 2 team leaders on a three-shift pattern (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am).
You will ensure KPI achievement, drive lean improvements, and maintain 5S standards across the line.
Responsibilities include coordinating improvement activities, monitoring attendance and training, and reporting OEE during weekly meetings.
