A globally recognised manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Production department with the appointment of a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading a team of production staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The Production Supervisor will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train, coach, and support production team members.
- Promote and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes.
