We are on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation near Banbury. Working across a 3-shift rotation (mornings, afternoons, and nights), you'll play a pivotal role in keeping production running at peak performance. You'll lead from the front, providing expert maintenance support, guiding your team, and ensuring equipment reliability to minimise downtime and maximise output. This is more than just a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of plant performance, champion continuous improvement, and make a real difference on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating your shift maintenance team to deliver outstanding performance
  • Driving Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies
  • Monitoring plant parameters, optimising machine performance, and reducing downtime
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues
  • Managing and updating maintenance schedules
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to keep operations seamless

The successful Maintenance Team Leader will have proven leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment coupled with a strong electrical bias. Experience with robotics, PLCs, inverters, pneumatics, and hydraulics would also be advantageous.
