Our client is a busy Manufacturer based in Banbury. They are looking for somebody to deal with inbound customer calls and co-ordinate a team of engineers on the road in response. This role is vital to the business and you will know you have made a real impact at the end of every day.
To succeed in the role, you will have:
- A strong telephone manner
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- An eye for detail
- The ability to think logically and prioritise
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar fast-paced role organising the diaries of Engineers, Installers, Plumbers, Care Workers or similar.
In return for fulfilling the role, our client can offer a generous salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus above average benefits and strong future progression.
