The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Double Days – 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly

A globally recognised high volume manufacturerare currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a FacilitiesEngineer.

As FacilitiesEngineer, you will be responsible forthe maintenance of any facilities equipment and also manage the contractors who supply and service any of the facilities equipment.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the FacilitiesEngineer will be responsible for:

Maintenance of Door Access and Barrier Systems
Maintenance of the CCTV system
Maintenance of Fire Alarm System
Manage site security
Maintenance of Boilers
Maintenance of Welfare facilities and changing rooms
Maintenance of HV/LV supply equipment
Maintenance of Cooling Towers and Chillers
Maintenance of Water Treatment Equipment
Maintenance of Waste Water treatment Plant
Maintenance of Compressors
Maintenance of Lighting and Emergency Lighting
Maintenance of Site draining systems
Managing contractors who supply services on any of the above including cleaning contractors etc.
Maintenance of building fabric
Maintenance of Air Conditioning and air handling Systems
Managing contractors who supply services on any of the above including cleaning contractors etc.
Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all Health and Safety environmental requirements

The successful candidate should be Time served and have experience in a similar role.
