What you'll do As the Machine Shop Supervisor, you will lead and manage our team of skilled Machinists to ensure efficient, high-quality production in a safe working environment. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, scheduling workloads, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
