We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Maintenance Operative to join our team and help keep our site running smoothly, safely and efficiently. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone with a background in the building trades. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance at all times.
The role and responsibilities include:
- Perform reactive and planned repairs across the full site.
- Carry out general building, plumbing, and joinery tasks.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety guidelines and site compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Site Manager, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work independently and as part of a wider facilities team.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
