We’re now looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rally Technician to join our elite team and play a key role in preparing and supporting our world‑class rally cars across WRC, W2RC and customer programmes. As a Senior Rally Technician, you will be responsible for the build, maintenance, and support of high‑performance rally cars, both in the workshop and on events worldwide. This is a hands‑on role for a passionate and precise individual with a deep understanding of rally car preparation and the demands of top‑level motorsport.
The role and responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the build, preparation, and maintenance of rally cars to the highest standard.
- Work closely with engineering, design team, and other departments to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Assist with planning and overseeing car builds within tight deadlines and evolving specifications.
- Provide on‑event support at tests, rallies, and customer events – both nationally and internationally.
- Mentor Junior Technicians and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with meticulous attention to detail and safety.

- Strong mechanical knowledge of modern rally cars, including suspension, drivetrain, electrical systems and sub‑assemblies.
- Hands‑on experience in car builds and rebuild processes, including full strip‑downs and re‑preps.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
- Hungry to share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven motorsport technician experience, preferably in WRC, W2RC, or international‑level rallying.
