The role and responsibilities include:
- Build, preparation, and maintenance of competition cars and their specialised components, as well as future developments to the high standards of reliability and performance.
- Work both at the M-Sport HQ and on international events, providing mechanical support.
- Diagnose and repair issues under time pressure during events.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and senior technicians at both the HQ and on event.
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
- Educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Hungry to share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a motorsport environment, preferably with rally, rallycross, or racing.
