ABOUT THE ROLE
M-Sport UK is at the forefront of world motorsport – tackling some of the most prestigious world championships in rally history, developing winning competition cars across disciplines, and supporting customer programmes around the globe. We’re looking for a Senior Bodywork Technician to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on championship-winning competition cars and play a key role in crafting high-performance bodywork to exacting standards.
The role and responsibilities include:

Leading the preparation, fitting, and finishing of carbon fibre, composite, and fabricated panels for competition cars.

Perform strip down, inspection and repairs following each event and reporting any faults.

Overseeing build specifications and ensuring high levels of finish and structural integrity.

Supporting Junior Technicians and coordinating day-to-day workshop tasks.

Working closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure accurate fitment and quality control.

Assisting with development of new bodywork components and repair methods.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with meticulous attention to detail and safety.
