p b ABOUT THE ROLE /b /p p Operating at the highest levels of international motorsport, M-Sport UK delivers programmes across the FIA World Rally Championship, Rally Raid, and a variety of global customer racing activities. We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Parts Coordinator to our team at the Dovenby Hall headquarters. /p p This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our motorsport programmes by ensuring parts are accurately managed, coordinated and made available when required. Working closely with internal departments, suppliers and rally operation teams, you will help maintain an efficient parts operation whilst supporting the delivery of championship-winning programmes. /p p b The role responsibilities include: /b /p ul li p b Parts Coordination: /b Coordinate the movement, availability and allocation of parts across the business, ensuring requirements are understood and fulfilled efficiently. /p /li li p b Parts Ordering: /b Support the ordering of parts and components, liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure required items are available within agreed timescales. /p /li li p b Stock Management: /b Assist with monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages and supporting accurate stock control across the Stores Department. /p /li li p b Parts Tracking: /b Maintain accurate records of parts movements, orders and availability, ensuring information is kept up to date within internal systems. /p /li li p b Internal Liaison: /b Work closely with Engineering, Production, Workshop, Stores and other departments to understand parts requirements and coordinate deliveries. /p /li li p b Delivery Coordination: /b Monitor incoming parts and deliveries, ensuring items are received, recorded and distributed to the relevant departments. /p /li li p b Parts Documentation: /b Maintain accurate parts records, documentation, and associated information in accordance with company procedures. /p /li li p b Event Support: /b Provide parts coordination support for M-Sport’s domestic and international programmes where required. /p /li li p b Issue Resolution: /b Identify and resolve parts-related issues, escalating concerns where appropriate and communicating effectively with relevant personnel. /p /li /ul p /p p b WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR /b /p p We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. /p p b Essential Criteria Skills: /b /p ul li p b Organisation Attention to Detail: /b Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. /p /li li p b Communication Skills: /b Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders. /p /li li p b Parts Stock Management: /b Strong organisational ability with an understanding of parts management, stock control and inventory processes. /p /li li p b Administration Skills: /b Strong administrative ability with experience maintaining accurate records and documentation. /p /li li p b IT Literacy: /b Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. /p /li li p b Time Management: /b Ability to priorities workloads effectively and meet deadlines within a busy environment. /p /li li p b Relationship Building: /b A proactive approach to developing positive supplier relationships and providing excellent internal customer service. /p /li li p b Problem Solving: /b Ability to identify issues, follow them through to resolution and communicate effectively throughout. /p /li li p b Professionalism: /b A reliable and confidential approach with strong attention to detail. /p /li li p b Teamwork: /b Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments whilst also working independently when required. /p /li /ul p b Preferred Experience: /b /p ul li p Previous experience within a parts, stock control, or administrative role. /p /li li p Experience using ERP, MRP or parts management systems. /p /li /ul p /p p b WHY US /b /p p Operating a renowned global motorsport business with state-of-the-art facilities at home and winning performances around the globe, M-Sport UK provide the engineering expertise behind an award-winning range of competition cars and has become an industry leader with success across some of the industry’s most acclaimed motorsport series. /p p The drive to deliver championship-winning performances is what excites and strengthens our workforce; and our dedicated business support team are at the core of everything we do – working closely to support our projects with outstanding results on the world stage. /p p We love what we do, and passion drives our success. /p p /p p b WHAT WE OFFER /b /p p Situated on the edge of the English Lake District National Park, M-Sport UK is unique in offering the fast-paced, high-octane, adrenaline-fuelled action expected from a career in International Motorsport mere minutes from the tranquillity of the Lakeland fells and all they have to offer in terms of recreation and wellbeing. /p p We also offer a range of employee benefits including: life assurance, a flexible working day, company contributed pension scheme, discounted gym membership, discount reward scheme, cycle to work scheme, company healthcare plan, long service awards, and an employee assistance programme.
