ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a Junior Electrical Harness Technician to join our expanding Electrical Department. This is your opportunity to develop hands-on skills and grow your career at the heart of a team delivering high-performance competition cars.

As a Junior Electrical Harness Technician, you will work alongside our experience technicians to support the manufacture, assembly, and inspection of bespoke electrical harnesses. This is a practical, detail-focused role to someone with a passion for engineering and a desire to learn within a fast-paced motorsport environment.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the assembly and preparation of electrical harnesses for our competition cars.

  • Learn to read and interpret wiring diagrams and build documentations and procedures.

  • Support continuity testing and basic fault-finding procedures.

  • Maintain department cleanliness, tool care and organisational standards.

  • Work closely with our experienced technicians and Electrical Supervisor to develop your knowledge of motorsport-grade materials and techniques.

Preferred Experience:

  • A relevant qualification in electrical or automotive engineering (e.g. apprenticeship, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).

  • Previous workshop or hands-on experience (even as part of education or hobby projects).

  • Familiarity with motorsport connectors, wiring tools, or harness materials is desirable.
