ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re offering a unique opportunity for a Junior Electrical Harness Technician to join our expanding Electrical Department. This is your opportunity to develop hands-on skills and grow your career at the heart of a team delivering high-performance competition cars.
As a Junior Electrical Harness Technician, you will work alongside our experience technicians to support the manufacture, assembly, and inspection of bespoke electrical harnesses. This is a practical, detail-focused role to someone with a passion for engineering and a desire to learn within a fast-paced motorsport environment.
The role and responsibilities include:

Assist in the assembly and preparation of electrical harnesses for our competition cars.

Learn to read and interpret wiring diagrams and build documentations and procedures.

Support continuity testing and basic fault-finding procedures.

Maintain department cleanliness, tool care and organisational standards.

Work closely with our experienced technicians and Electrical Supervisor to develop your knowledge of motorsport-grade materials and techniques.
