We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our specialist and ever-growing team in our Fabrications Department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team responsible for producing precision-engineered components and assemblies. This role also offers opportunity for worldwide travel to motorsport events.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
  • Carry out cutting, forming, fitting and assembly operations to a high standard.
  • Ensure all fabricated parts meet required quality standards and tolerances.
  • Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across manufacturing, design, engineering and workshop teams.

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Educated to a Level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification in Fabrication and Welding.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
  • High-quality welding skills (MIG and TIG) with excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication jigs.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar fabrications workshop/environment.
