ABOUT THE ROLE

M‑Sport’s Rally Raid programme is at the forefront of international cross‑country competition, delivering world‑class performance in events such as the Dakar Rally and the FIA World Rally‑Raid Championship.

We are looking to recruit a proactive and technically minded Customer Parts Advisor to support our Rally Raid customers worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work within an elite motorsport programme, ensuring competitors have the right components, at the right time, to perform in extreme desert and endurance conditions.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with global teams to deliver timely parts and services.
  • Process sales orders and manage dispatch logistics with speed and accuracy.
  • Support customers with technical understanding of parts and vehicle compatibility.
  • Advising customers on products and parts to help them make the correct purchase.
  • Work closely with our Shipping Coordinator for shipping customer orders and producing the correct documentations.
  • Work closely with Stock Controllers to ensure the Warehouse has an adequate level of stock and parts.
  • Act as an intermediate between both the customer and Engineering department for customer product inquiries.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette and negotiation skills.
  • Technically minded with a basic understanding of automotive parts and commercial documentation.
  • A collaborative problem‑solver who builds trust‑based relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, ideally within the automotive industry dealership or motorsport industry.
  • Experience supporting off‑road, Rally Raid, or competition vehicle programmes (desirable).
