Our success is built on skilled, committed individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments. We are now seeking a Road Car & Fleet Technician to join our successful global motorsport team.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, inspect, and maintain our fleet of company vehicles and trailers to the highest standards.
  • Service and repair our road car fleet to MOT standard, carrying out preventative maintenance and recording the work carried out.
  • Record repairs and maintain a maintenance schedule as required.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of our event trucks and cleaning equipment as required.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on truck equipment, generators, and facilities.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry and compliance standards.

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge across suspension, brakes, drivetrain, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
  • A practical problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as a component technician in a road car garage / dealership background.
  • Experience with plant machinery or HGVs is highly beneficial.
