M-Sport UK is a leading global motorsport engineering company, renowned for designing, building, and running event-winning competition vehicles across a wide range of motorsport disciplines. Our state-of-the-art M-Sport Evaluation Centre (MS-EC) and test track at Dovenby Hall supports vehicle testing, development, and commercial hire activities for manufacturers, partners, and private clients. We are now recruiting for a MS-EC Track Sales & Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team and take ownership of this exciting and fast-developing part of our business. We are looking for a driven and highly organised individual to lead the day-to-day promotion, outreach, and event management of this exceptional facility.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Driving revenue growth from MS-EC bookings quarter-on-quarter, with a particular focus on track bookings and events.
- Managing day-to-day conference bookings, including welcoming clients and coordinating hospitality.
- Overseeing the test track calendar and conference facility booking schedule.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Building new relationships with prospective customers, businesses, and sectors, both regionally and nationally.
- Supporting clients with bespoke event creation, planning, and execution.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with local businesses and suppliers.
- Working to promote the MS-EC and its facilities, including the test track, research and development spaces, and conferencing suites.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, organise PR experiences, and build a strong media presence for the facility.
- Supporting the marketing team with existing and new partnerships that involve use of the MS-EC.
- Working with the track controller and HSE team to manage track days, including noise control, insurance, and risk assessments.

- Someone who takes full ownership of the MS-EC facility, approaching it as if it were their own business, selling it, running it, and, when required, rolling their sleeves up to support even the most basic tasks to ensure delivery is seamless.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience and measurable success in a previous business development, sales, or marketing role.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering events is desirable.
- Experience in pricing, budgeting, and costing events, including supplying quotes and managing invoicing, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across all events and bookings.
- A background in motorsport is beneficial but not essential.
