M&S Opticians is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer care and smooth operation of the Optical and Hearing businesses. You will lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and focus on leadership, business development, and financial management to grow the business. You will deputise in the absence of the Opticians Manager Lead, motivate and manage a team, promote the brand in-store, and conduct training and performance reviews.
