- We are currently looking for experienced
HGV Technicians / HGV Mechanics to join a busy workshop team. This is a workshop-based role carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault finding on a range of commercial vehicles.
Available Shifts
- 08:00 – 18:00
- 18:00 – 04:00
- 10:00 – 20:00
The Role
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete inspections and safety checks
- Carry out repairs to brakes, suspension, steering and other vehicle systems
- Fault finding using diagnostic equipment where required
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate service and repair records xiskglj
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or similar
- Experience working on commercial vehicles
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant HGV / LGV qualifications are desirable
