Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position covering the Greater Manchester area, working mainly from home and attending customer sites.
The Role:
- Working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (day shift)
- Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair on diesel, gas, and electric forklift trucks
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Completing LOLER inspections
- Working on both customer-owned and company-owned equipment
- Mobile role with a company van provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Engineer or similar mobile engineering role
- Mechanical experience on plant equipment, HGVs, or motor vehicles will be considered
- Electrical knowledge is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own tools required
- Reliable, organised, and good timekeeping skills
