M Pro Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established HGV Repair business and is seeking an experienced Service Planner / Service Administrator to join their team with an immediate start available. This role would suit a candidate with strong organisational skills and previous experience within a service department environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service planning and scheduling of workshop activity
- Booking MOTs and managing compliance requirements
- General service department administration
- Providing Service Advisor cover during holidays and sickness
Hours & Salary:
- Salary: £32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 7:00am–1:00pm (paid overtime)
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in service planning, service administration, or service advisor roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Automotive or HGV industry experience preferred
