M Pro Recruitment is working with an established Fire & Security systems provider to recruit a Service & Maintenance Engineer covering London and the surrounding suburbs.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, reactive callouts, and minor remedial works across domestic and commercial properties. The role covers integrated Fire, Security, CCTV, Access Control and IRS systems, working independently while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and fault-find Fire & Security systems
- Carry out small works and repairs on site
- Complete asset logs and job documentation accurately
- Manage daily workload and communicate with the office
- Deal with clients face-to-face in a professional manner
- Ensure all works comply with current British Standards
Systems Exposure: Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, IRS, Integrated Security Systems (Entrotec experience or Fire Alarm knowledge highly advantageous)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Fire & Security service and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of British Standards and system compliance
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs independently
- Experience within construction and Fire & Security environments
- Clear DBS / screening eligibility
Package:
