The role of Logistics Coordinator:

  • Coordinating inbound shipments from international suppliers
  • Managing relationships with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
  • Monitoring stock movements and ensuring accurate inventory records
  • Supporting order fulfilment for both retail and e-commerce channels
  • Resolving delivery and transport issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Analysing logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
