Michael Page is recruiting a Client Data Administrator for a well-established financial services organisation based in Northwich on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The rewards are £25,000–£28,000 per annum. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working and an immediate start opportunity. Standard office hours apply with hybrid working flexibility.
The role of a Client Data Administrator includes:
- Processing client instructions and static data amendments including address changes, bank details, regular payment setups and online access maintenance.
- Managing daily interactions across internal and partner systems while adhering to SLAs and established workflow processes.
- Maintaining accurate document management including scanning, storing and archiving documentation in line with departmental procedures.
- Supporting Operational Risk and Service Management teams in resolving queries and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating closely with teams across the business to support smooth and effective operational processes.
- Ensuring full compliance with departmental policies, procedures and operational standards at all times.
The ideal Client Data Administrator candidate will have:
- Previous experience within financial services is essential, with Wealth Management experience highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of investment products, wrappers and investment platforms would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent IT proficiency across multiple systems and applications with strong data entry experience.
