The role of E-Billing Assistant:
Ensure timely submission of invoices and adherence to internal accountancy deadlines
Oversee the collation and maintenance of timekeepers, perform matter reconciliations, and manage related data maintenance
Identify and rectify errors in submitted invoices, providing necessary corrections with minimal guidance
Monitor and update internal billing schedules to guarantee deadlines are met and invoices are processed promptly
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all eBilling transactions and related documents for internal and client audits
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address billing‑related enquiries and ensure the seamless flow of financial data
Partner with clients to establish and manage eBilling systems for new accounts
Develop and prepare detailed reports and data analytics for management to monitor billing efficiency and revenue performance
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of billing procedures and protocols
Drive process improvements to optimise eBilling operations
The ideal E-Billing Assistant:
Experience in eBilling activities at a professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector
Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely invoice submission
Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and data analytics for management
