Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed
  • Raise and process orders for site-related requirements
  • Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties
  • Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio
  • Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
