Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed
- Raise and process orders for site-related requirements
- Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties
- Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company
- Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio
- Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable
