The role of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Supporting customers with their orders from initial enquiry right through to aftercare, ensuring an exceptional service and smooth ordering process throughout.
  • Providing quotations, taking orders and processing onto the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Working with external parties and couriers to ensure orders are dispatched quickly and efficiently.
  • Handling a variety of telephone and email queries and identifying further sales opportunities while promoting the most suitable products and services for each customer.
