- Current or recent experience as a Financial Adviser or Newly qualified with strong transferable experience of at least 2 years (e. g. paraplanner, senior administrator, mortgage adviser transitioning into holistic advice)
- Comfortable operating in a self-employed model
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Professional, ethical and client-first mindset
- Experience within a network model (experience with Openwork Partnership advantageous)
- Ability to generate new business alongside servicing existing clients
- Existing client relationships
