M&P Online is taking over the e-commerce and warehousing operations of a long-established Swansea brand. Our ambition is to become one of the leading names in our marketplace, and one of the best employers in Swansea. We are building a skilled, supportive warehouse team, led by an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain a positive, well-supported team environment with a strong focus on wellbeing.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures.
- Take responsibility for accurate stock control and stock movement processes.
- Work closely with senior management to shape a high-performance culture and a workplace people enjoy being part of.
- Optimise operations through our new NetSuite ERP and shipping systems, helping us build best-in-class efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely, reliable delivery performance.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and technology teams to provide customers with a smooth, dependable order experience.
Skills & Experience
- It would be useful, but not essential to have previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
