We’re hiring: Graphic Designer North Devon College | 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) | £26,496 FTE

Great design. Big impact. Three days a week. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join North Devon College and help shape how our brand looks, feels and comes to life. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative designer who wants real ownership of their work.

You’ll be our visual brand guardian, leading on the day‑to‑day application of the North Devon College brand and creating bold, engaging design that connects with our students, future students, staff and wider community. And there’s plenty to get creative with. From major recruitment campaigns and prospectuses to social content, digital advertising, signage, events and large‑scale campus graphics, you’ll take ideas from initial concept right through to polished finished artwork.

Working within our Marketing and Communications team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the College, turning briefs and ideas into creative that gets noticed while ensuring everything we produce feels unmistakably North Devon College.

You’ll need a strong portfolio, a great eye for typography, layout and detail, and excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills – particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Just as importantly, you’ll be confident taking ownership of briefs, sharing your creative expertise and championing our brand.

You’ll be organised enough to keep multiple projects moving, comfortable working to deadlines and always looking for ways to develop your craft and bring fresh ideas to the table. This is a three‑day‑a‑week role, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant creative impact while working part‑time.
