Chill Department Droitwich Dairy M ller Milk & Ingredients Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Droitwich Dairy Shift: PM(4 on 4 off - 18:00 - 06:00)
What You'll Be Doing
- Manually pack products into trolleys, ensuring all products meet quality standards and reporting any non-conformances. Transport full and empty trolleys throughout the chill operation.
- Operate equipment safely and complete asset care and deep-cleaning activities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety, and health & safety throughout your shift.
- Support effective shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Operate the trolley wash and maintain an adequate supply of trolleys for production fillers.
- Lead by example in promoting behavioural safety and technical standards.
- Work collaboratively with Coordinators and Team Leaders to support operational requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across the department.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Previous manual packing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
You will ideally have:
