M Large is based in Newtownabbey and has been in business for 56 years. Selling and maintaining a wide range of plant and machinery is a major part of our business. We also have our own extensive fleet of vans, trucks and heavy equipment maintained in our own workshop.
We require an experienced Plant fitter/Engineer to join our team maintaining a range of commercial, agricultural, forestry and construction equipment. You would be expected to have a good all-round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Experience would be more important than formal qualifications. A driving licence is required; HGV is an advantage. Additional skills like welding or fabricating are a distinct advantage.
Wages are £20 per hour, negotiable depending upon experience, with the opportunity to earn £45,000 per annum. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some overtime, based at our Newtownabbey depot, 74 Church Road - BT36 7LN.
