M L Solutions Ltd is a family-run, mobile furniture repair company with over 30 years of combined experience. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced furniture technicians who take pride in their work and are ready for a fresh opportunity with a company that values skill, trust, and quality over box-ticking.

Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, this is a full-time, field-based role working in customers’ homes across the region.

The Role

This position is suited to experienced technicians, not trainees. You’ll be working independently, carrying out high-quality repairs including:

• Leather and fabric repairs
• Re-padding seat interiors and foam replacement
• Broken springs and frame repairs
• Stitching and upholstery repairs
• Diagnosing and repairing manual and electric mechanisms

You’ll manage your own jobs day-to-day, communicate professionally with customers, and deliver repairs to a standard you’re proud of.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a furniture technician or in a closely related trade
• Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a mobile role
• Full UK driving licence
