M-KOPA is building a brand-new AI Ops team. As Lead AI Engineer you’ll own delivery, grow the function, and define its direction. You’ll ship automations and AI agents for internal use and act as a trusted consultant to Software Engineering teams.
You’ll lead two AI Ops Engineers, implement prioritisation, keep the tooling stack healthy as usage scales, and stay ahead of emerging AI tools while guiding AI training for the wider organisation.
