MK Consult are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to work on a planned kitchens replacement programme within the social housing sector across the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who has previous experience working on planned maintenance or refurbishment contracts within occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between residents and site teams
  • Supporting tenants throughout the kitchens installation programme
  • Arranging access appointments and keeping residents updated on works
  • Managing resident queries, complaints, and vulnerable tenant support
  • Carrying out pre and post-inspection visits
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the programme
  • Working closely with contractors, site managers, and housing providers

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a TLO within social housing
  • Experience working on planned works programmes, ideally kitchens
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
  • Full UK Driving Licence
