We are working with a respected contractor delivering a major planned works programme across West Yorkshire, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and doors. This is a tenant-focused refurbishment scheme in occupied homes, requiring someone with strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder skills. The site is easily accessible via the M62 corridor.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of planned works by:
- Planning, sequencing, and coordinating all works to completion
- Working alongside the Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Resident Liaison Officer to ensure day-to-day site activities run smoothly
- Overseeing internal and external refurbishments: kitchen and bathroom upgrades, roofing works, window and door replacements
- Managing project timelines, milestones, and reporting on progress and risk
- Coordinating with supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and labour
- Leading regular site meetings and liaising with commercial teams on variations and valuations
