Health & Safety Advisor
I have an exciting opportunity to join a leading housebuilder as a Health & Safety Advisor within a growing and forward-thinking business.
This is a newly created role, offering the chance to make a real impact and help shape health & safety standards across multiple sites.
The Role
You will cover developments across Cheshire, Merseyside, and North Wales, working closely with the H&S Manager to ensure best practices are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Reviewing and approving RAMS
- Carrying out audits and ensuring compliance
- Supporting site teams with health & safety guidance
- Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager
About You
- Construction background (essential)
- NEBOSH Construction / General Certificate
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
