What you'll be doing: Leading, supporting and developing a team of Tenant Liaison Officers. Overseeing resident communication before, during and after planned works. Building strong relationships with residents, clients and site teams. Helping the team manage access arrangements, queries and complaints. Ensuring residents receive a consistent, caring service throughout the works. You'll have tenant liaison or resident engagement experience within social housing and be confident leading a team.
