Were working with a leading contractor delivering retrofit works across occupied high-rise and low-rise homes as part of a major energy efficiency and decarbonisation programme. Due to continued growth, were now looking to appoint a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join their dedicated and friendly team.

The Role

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you\’ll be the vital link between residents and the site teams, ensuring tenants are fully informed, supported, and reassured throughout the works. This role is key to building trust and minimising disruption during property upgrades.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with tenants before, during, and after retrofit works
  • Scheduling appointments and access with residents
  • Handling queries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Supporting vulnerable residents and signposting to internal support where needed
  • Liaising with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Producing and delivering clear communication materials
