Joinery Quantity Surveyor

Location: Oldham

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + package (DOE)

We're recruiting for a well-established specialist joinery contractor delivering high-quality supply and install packages across 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fix. They work with Tier 1 main contractors on major projects across commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors.

With secured work into 2026, they're looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage multiple projects ranging from £500k to £4m, with durations between 16 to 52 weeks.

The Role:

  • Overseeing the full commercial lifecycle across multiple joinery packages
  • Managing subcontractor payments, applications, valuations, CVRs and final accounts
  • Identifying variations and ensuring these are tracked, priced and agreed
  • Working closely with delivery teams and Tier 1 clients to maintain smooth project progress
  • Reporting into the Commercial Manager, ensuring each job is commercially sound

About You:

  • Proven QS experience within the joinery, fit-out, or interiors sector
  • Comfortable managing several live projects at once
  • Experience working on supply and install packages 1st, 2nd, and final fix
  • Strong negotiation, financial, and organisational skills
  • Able to build solid working relationships with clients and colleagues
