Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Planned Maintenance

• Location: West Yorkshire
• Salary: Competitive – up to £60k

We\’re looking for an experienced Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in West Yorkshire and Manchester. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, and external eco works – projects that truly make a difference to communities.

What You\’ll Do

• Take full commercial responsibility for planned maintenance projects.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and valuations.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and client requirements.
• Drive value engineering and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a QS within social housing or planned maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (or relevant experience). xiskglj
