Are you an experienced Project Manager working in social housing refurbishment? We are working with a respected contractor delivering a major planned works programme across West Yorkshire, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows and doors.
This is a tenant-focused refurbishment scheme in occupied homes, requiring someone with strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder skills. The site is easily accessible via the M62 corridor.
As a Project Manager you'll lead the successful delivery of planned works by:
- Planning, sequencing, and coordinating all works to completion
- Working alongside the Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, and Resident Liaison Officer to ensure day-to-day site activities run smoothly
- Overseeing internal and external refurbishments: kitchen and bathroom upgrades, roofing works, window and door replacements
- Managing project timelines, milestones, and reporting on progress and risk
- Coordinating with supply chain partners and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and labour
- Leading regular site meetings and liaising with commercial teams on variations and valuations
- Managing quality control, snagging, and handover processes with residents and client teams
- Maintaining excellent communication with tenants, ensuring they feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the works
