Social Housing Refurbishment | North West | Excellent Salary + Package Are you an experienced Gas Contracts Manager looking to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality social housing refurbishment projects?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering planned investment and refurbishment programmes for Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically competent Gas Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering safe, compliant and customer-focused projects.

The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing gas and electrical related planned works contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You'll lead operational teams, manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring full compliance with all current gas legislation and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple gas and electric planned works and refurbishment contracts across social housing.

Lead site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure all gas works are completed safely and fully compliant with current legislation.

Monitor programme performance, quality, budgets and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with Housing Association clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage contract performance, KPIs and operational reporting.

Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are maintained at all times.

Support commercial performance, valuations and cost control.

Drive continuous improvement across contract delivery.

About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Previous experience as an M&E or Gas Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Gas Project Manager.

Extensive experience delivering planned works and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.

Strong knowledge of gas legislation, compliance and best practice.

Experience managing multiple contracts, programmes and operational teams.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience.

A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
